                                      CONCLUSION                                       
               In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner                  
          rejecting claims 9 and 10 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second                      
          paragraph, is affirmed but reversed with respect to the 35 U.S.C.            
          § 102(b) rejection of claims 1, 4, 6 and 9 and the 35 U.S.C.                 
          § 103(a) rejection of claims 2, 5, 7, 10 and 11.                             
               No time period for taking any subsequent action in                      
          connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR                     
          § 1.136(a).
