While it may very well have been obvious to employ direct human intervention, the examiner has offered no convincing evidence of such obviousness. Accordingly, we will not sustain the rejection of claims 7 and 47 under 35 U.S.C. § 103. CONCLUSION We have sustained the rejections of claims 1-4, 8-16, 22, 23, 41-44, 48-55, 58, 59 and 69-73.
