CONCLUSION
In view of the foregoing, the decision of the Examiner
rejecting claims 1-3 under 35 U.S.C. § 102 and claims 4-9 under
35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed, but is affirmed with respect to the
35 U.S.C. § 102 rejection of claims 10-12 and 15-17 and the
35 U.S.C. § 103 rejection of claims 13, 14, 18 and 19.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in
connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR
§ 1.136(a).
