using said color conversion table for said printing

stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable
over Bhattacharjya in view of Komatsu.
Claims 46, 49, 52, 55, 58 and 61 stand rejected under
35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Bhattacharjya and
Komatsu and further in view of Hung.2

25, 2002) for the Examiner’s reasoning, and to the appeal brief
(Paper No. 22, filed January 16, 2002) and the reply brief (Paper
No. 24, filed May 28, 2002) for Appellants’ arguments
thereagainst.
