The rejection of claims 11-15 and 29 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable for
obviousness over Barrett and Hirai is reversed.
The rejection of claims 24 and 26 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as being anticipated by
Barrett is reversed.
