Cochran is deficient for the reasons discussed above. The additional teachings of Kamakura do not overcome the deficiencies of Cochran. Therefore, the examiner’s rejection which relies on Cochran does not establish a prima facie case of obviousness for the reasons discussed above. In summary, we have not sustained either of the rejections made by the examiner.
