Inasmuch as neither Brunts, relied upon for its teaching of a GPS system which
takes into account ground velocity in determining position, nor Zuber, relied upon for its
teaching of a keypad lockout, cures the above-noted deficiency of the combination of
Rosen, Obradovich and Dunworth, we must also reverse the rejections of claims 6 and
13 as being unpatentable over Rosen in view of Obradovich, Dunworth and Brunts and
claims 9 and 15 as being unpatentable over Rosen in view of Obradovich, Dunworth
and Zuber.
