CONCLUSION
The decision of the examiner to reject claims 1-7, 9, 10,
15, 16, 18 and 19 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable
over Masakara and Gnade in view of Kotelnikov and to reject
claims 8, 11-14 and 17 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being
unpatentable over Masakara and Gnade in view of Kotelnikov,
Varanasi and Shimizu is reversed.
