circuits;
(c) at least one redundant circuit, adapted for selectively
accessing each of said columns and communicating data with said
interface;
(d) a test circuit, for comparing data communicated by a
respective one of said circuits and said redundant circuit; and

circuit with said redundant circuit.

§ 103 as being unpatentable over Katoh in view of Brownlow.
Claims 2 and 3 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being
unpatentable over Katoh in view of Brownlow and Uchida.
