Invention The present invention relates to a system and method for administrating a trade promotion for a product involving a manufacturer and retailer. See page 1 of Appellants' specification. Trade promotions are where the manufacturer pays promotion funds to the retailer to give incentive to the retailer to promote product or products produced by the manufacturer.
