(Waclawsky) 5,974,457 Oct. 26, 1999 (filed Dec. 23, 1993) Claims 1, 3-7, 9-13, and 15-24, all of the appealed claims, stand finally rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Riggan in view of Waclawsky. OPINION We have carefully considered the subject matter on appeal, the rejection advanced by the Examiner and the evidence of obviousness relied upon by the Examiner as support for the rejection.
