flat tire mounted on a wheel, the combined teachings of Graber and Caddick would not
have led one of ordinary skill in the art to combine their relevant teachings to arrive at
the invention as set forth in claim 1.
Since the subject matter of claim 1 is not suggested by the applied prior art as
set forth above, the decision of the examiner to reject claim 1, and claims 2 to 20
dependent thereon, under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
