Summary
(1) The rejection of claims 9 and 15 under 35 U.S.C. § 112,
first paragraph, is reversed on procedural grounds.
(2) The rejection of claims 1, 3-6, 15, 18, 20, 21, 26, 29-
32, 35, 36, 44, 45, 47-51, 55-58 and 62-64 as being anticipated
by Cheung is affirmed as to claims 1 and 21, reversed on the
merits as to claims 3-6, 15, 18, 20, 51, 55-58 and 62-64, and
reversed on procedural grounds as to claims 26, 29-32, 35, 36,
44, 45 and 47-50.
(3) The rejection of claims 1-7, 15, 18, 20, 21, 25, 26, 29,
34-37, 39 and 44-46 as being anticipated by Gelardi is reversed
on the merits as to claims 1-7, 15, 18, 20, 21 and 25, and
reversed on procedural grounds as to claims 26, 29, 34-37, 39 and
44-46.
(4) The rejection of claims 16, 19, 40 and 43 as being
unpatentable over Cheung is affirmed as to claims 16 and 19, and
reversed on procedural grounds as to claims 40 and 43. The
rejection of claim 16, 19, 40 and 43 as being unpatentable over
Gelardi is reversed on the merits as to claims 16 and 19, and
reversed on procedural grounds as to claims 40 and 43.
(5) The rejection of claims 1-5, 12-21, 26, 27, 29, 30, 35,
36 and 45 as being unpatentable over Blanco in view of Wynalda is
