Appeal No. 2004-2208 Application No. 10/158,988 The subject matter on appeal relates to a process for the production of a polyurethane/urea in solution (claims 1-4 and 6- 14) and to a polyurethane/urea produced by such a process (claims 15-21). Further details of this appealed subject matter are recited in representative claims 1, 4, 15, and 16 reproduced below: 1.
