                Appeal No. 2005-0095
                Application No. 10/127,776

For the foregoing reasons and those set forth in the Answer, based
on the totality of the record, we determine that the preponderance of
evidence weighs in favor of obviousness, giving due weight to Appellants
arguments in the brief and evidence. Accordingly, the Examiner’s
                rejections under 35 U.S.C. § 103 are affirmed.
                                                 CONCLUSION
We affirm all of the Examiner’s rejections: (I) The rejection of claims 1
                to 7, 9 and 10 under 35 U.S.C. 103(a) over the combined teachings of
Niedbala and Tsuntsugu; and (II) The rejection of claims 1 to 5, 8 and 9
under 35 U.S.C. 103(a) over the combined teachings of Niedbala and
                Znaiden.

                                                     -10-
