Although claims 2 and 3 are separately argued by
appellants, these claims depend from claim 1 and, therefore,
incorporate all the limitations of claim 1. Accordingly, we also
do not sustain the examiner’s rejection of claims 2 and 3 for
reasons discussed above.
In summary, we have not sustained the examiner’s
rejection of any of the claims on appeal. Therefore, the
decision of the examiner rejecting claims 1-12 is reversed.
