find, that Sarkar makes up for the deficiencies of Rogers.
Accordingly, the rejection of claims 9, 10, 15, 30, 31 and 34
under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is reversed.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims
1-8, 11-14, 16-29, 32 and 33 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) is
reversed. The decision of the examiner to reject claims 9, 10,
15, 30, 31 and 34 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is reversed.
