DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s rejection
of claims 1 through 8, 21 through 23, 25 through 27, 38 through 42, 44 and 46. For the
reasons stated infra we affirm-in-part the examiner’s rejection of these claims.
The Invention
The invention relates to a system for controlling a network connection in
accordance with connection information, wherein the connection information is
associated with a destination on a network. (See appellants’ specification pages
2 and 3).
