time the invention was made to a person having ordinary skill in the art to add an end
cap to the closure device of Andrieu as modified by Holland so as to close off the end of
a cable or hose.
For the reasons set forth above, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 13
and 26 under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to provisionally reject claims 1 to 27
under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is affirmed.
