such we will not sustain the rejection of claim 7 and claims 8 to 12 dependent thereon.
Claim 26, like claim 1, requires instructions using both a data ID and a cache ID and
therefore we will not sustain the rejection of claim 26 and claims 27 to 28 dependent
thereon.
The decision of the examiner is reversed.
CONCLUSION
To summarize, the decision of the examiner to reject claims 1 to 12 and 26 to 28
under 35 U.S.C. § 103 is reversed.
