DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134
from the examiner’s final rejection of claims 1 through 5
and 11. We dimiss the appeal of claim 12.1
Claim 1 and claim 11 are representative of the subject
matter on appeal and are set forth below:
1. A packaging laminate comprising an outer layer
impermeable to a butylated phenolic antioxidant; an
