DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal from the final rejection of
claims 15-17, which are all of the claims pending in the present
application. Claims 1-14 have been canceled.
The disclosed invention relates to a rocker and/or
pushbutton switch which includes a housing, a pair of depressable
button switch units, and a rocker pivotally mounted on the
housing to pivot clockwise and counterclockwise from a neutral
position. Further included is a sealing elastomeric diaphragm
