35 U.S.C. § 103(a) is likewise sustained.
In accordance with the above-noted determinations, the decision of the examiner
rejecting claims 1 through 19 under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over
McCarthy in view of Farrant is affirmed.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal
may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
