DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claims 35 and
37-39, which are all of the claims pending in this application. Claim 36 was canceled
and claims 37 and 38 were amended subsequent to the final rejection in an amendment
filed February 17, 2004, approval of the amendment for entry being indicated in the
advisory action mailed March 11, 2004.
We AFFIRM.
