CONCLUSION
We have sustained the rejections of claims 9-11, 26-28, and 37-39 under 35
U.S.C. §102 (e) and of claims 15-17 under 35 U.S.C. §103. We have not sustained the
rejection of claims 1-39 under 35 U.S.C. §103.
Accordingly, the examiner’s decision is affirmed-in-part.
No time period for taking any subsequent action in connection with this appeal
may be extended under 37 CFR § 1.136(a).
