BACKGROUND
The appellant's invention relates to a container adapted for storing, transporting,
and displaying produce items and other goods (specification, p. 1). A copy of the claims
under appeal is set forth in the appendix to the appellant's reply brief.

"right to exclude'' already granted in the patent.
