Decision On Appeal
This is a decision on appeal from the final rejection of
claims 1-11, and 13-17.
The invention pertains to printing press webs. In
particular, the tension of the web is controlled by increasing an
infeed tension in response to a signal indicating a change to a
printing mode from a white web mode and by decreasing the infeed
