         therewith, as being unpatentable over Taber in view of Giese and           
         Campagna.                                                                  

                                      SUMMARY                                       

              The decision of the examiner to reject claims 1 through 6, 8          
         through 27 and 29 through 32 is affirmed.                                  
              No time period for taking any subsequent action in                    
         connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 CFR                   
         § 1.136(a).
