FRANKFORT, Administrative Patent Judge. DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final rejection of claim 1, the only claim pending in the application. Appellant’s invention relates to an oil filter cooler for internal combustion engines. More particularly, as noted on page 1 of the specification, the invention addresses an oil filter having fins incorporated on the top of the oil filter during the manufacturing process. An oil filter cooler with fins located only on top is said to be easy to install and to allow for improved clearance, air circulation, and increased heat transfer.
