The Rejection
The following rejection is before us for review:
Claims 1-32 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being unpatentable over
Bok in view of Souetre.
Rather than reiterate the conflicting viewpoints advanced by the examiner and
the appellants regarding the above-noted rejection, we make reference to the final
rejection (mailed September 8, 2004) and answer (mailed May 31, 2005) for the
examiner's complete reasoning in support of the rejections, and to the brief (filed
February 24, 2005) and reply brief (filed July 19, 2005) for the appellants' arguments
thereagainst.
