anticipated by AKI.
Claim 1 also stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as
being unpatentable over AKI in view of Jones and Hall.
Claim 2 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being
unpatentable over AKI in view of Jones and Hall as applied to
claim 1 above, and further in view of Wittenberg.
Claims 3 and 41 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being
unpatentable over AKI in view of Jones and Hall as applied to claim 1 above, and
further in view of Wittenberg and Seizert.
