glutaraldehyde component reactable with the proteinaceous material in combination
with the acidic titrant in the second aqueous solution. Thus, Wang and Fattman fail to
overcome the deficiencies of Nussinovich.
In view of the above, the rejection of the claims for obviousness over Nussinovich
in view of Wang and Fattman is reversed.
CONCLUSION
Therefore, the rejection of claims 30 and 33 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) over
Nussionovitch is reversed. The rejection of the claims under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) over
Nussinovitch in view of Wang and Fattman is reversed.
