The examiner’s findings with regard to the portion identified by the examiner as
B2 being slidably mounted on the stepped portion or step flange 18 in a frictional fit
manner and the elongated end portion of the step flange 18 being slidably inserted into
and snap engaged with the panel frame (inner frame member) 12 before the frames 12,
13 are secured together by securing screws 16 are not supported by the reference. The
only means of securement of the panels disclosed by Guillemet ‘814 are the screws 16.
In light of the above, we cannot sustain the examiner’s rejection of claims 1 and
11, and dependent claims 2-10 and 12-19, as being anticipated by Guillemet ‘814.
