         acknowledge the typographical error in the copy of claim 1 and             
         that we confirm our previous decision.                                     
         Appellants’ request is granted in its entirety.  We                        
         regret that the typographical error in the copy of claim 1 went            
         unnoticed.  The correct claims were reviewed in making our                 
         decision in this case, and the typographical error in the copy of          
         claim 1 in the decision had no effect on the decision.                     
         No time period for taking any subsequent action in                         
         connection with this appeal may be extended under 37 C.F.R.                
         § 1.136(a)(1)(iv).
