DECISION ON APPEAL This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner's final rejection of claims 1, 3, 7, 8, 13, 17, 18, 21, 25, 26, 31, 35, and 68-77 which are pending in this application and on appeal. Claim 1 is representative and reads as follows: 1.
