DECISION ON APPEAL
This is an appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the Final Rejection mailed March 28, 2005.
Claims 21-29, 31-44, 46, 47 and 49-51 are pending. Claims 1-20, 30 and 45 have been canceled.
All of the pending claims have been finally rejected. The rejections of claims 21-29, 31-37 and
41-44 are appealed. Appellants do not appeal the rejections of the remaining claims (i.e., claims
38-40, 46, 47 and 49-51).
Independent claims 21 and 32 and dependent claims 26 and 37 are illustrative of the
subject matter on appeal and are reproduced below:
