Claims 21-25, 31-33, 36, 42 and 44 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Pall ‘339 in view of Gordon ‘065. 2 2. Claims 26-29, 34 and 35 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over 3 Pall ‘339 in view of Gordon ‘065 and further in view of Okada ‘882. 3. Claim 37 is rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as unpatentable over Pall ‘339 in view of Gordon ‘065 and further in view of the abstract of the Japanese Reference 61229492-A. 4. Claims 41 and 43 are rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as being unpatentable over Pall in view of Gordon and in further view of Kasten. We affirm as to all four grounds of rejection. 1Appellants do not appeal the final rejections of claims 38-40, 46, 47 and 49-51 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, first paragraph, claim 50 under 35 U.S.C. § 112, second paragraph, (3) claim under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a) as unpatentable over Pall ‘339 in view of Gordon ‘065 and further in view of Kasten ‘156 and (4) Appellants have indicated that claims 41 and 43 have been appealed. However, Appellants have not address the stated § 103 rejection. Accordingly, these rejections are sustained.
