Appeal No. 2006-1128 Application No. 10/215,877 BACKGROUND The appellants’ invention relates to a method and system for managing the delegation of investigating disputed transactions. An understanding of the invention can be derived from a reading of exemplary claim 1, which is reproduced below. 1.
