This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the examiner’s rejection of
claims 1-12.
The disclosed invention pertains to a method and system for purchasing and replenishing
wireless network calling time.
Representative claim 1 is reproduced as follows:
1. A method for purchasing and replenishing wireless network calling
time, comprising:
• purchasing wireless network calling time through a Web site;
• saving data encoding the purchased calling time from the Web site to a portable
networking device;
