DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on the appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134 from the
examiner’s rejection of claims 2-6, 8-11, and 13-16, which constitute all the
claims pending in this application.
The disclosed invention pertains to updating a quality system having at
least one specification. After receiving a specification change, users are
automatically notified of the change electronically. Such a system increases
