Appellants’ claimed invention is directed to a bag
comprising at least two superimposed sheets of film material
which have a portion of their superimposed edges permanently
sealed, with no more than about fifty percent of their
superimposed edges being permanently sealed.
The appealed claims stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103(a)
as follows:
(a) claims 1-4, 12-14 and 16-21 over Hamilton,
(b) claims 4, 16 and 21 over Hamilton in view of
Porchia,
(c) claims 17 and 21 over Hamilton in view of Ichimura,
and
(d) claim 18 over Hamilton in view of Porchia and
Bauer.
