members (5). The Taylor machine does not have cooling members and does not
have any need to draw the tubular bag material back upstream once sealed. As
such, there is no motivation or suggestion to use the guide element (9) of
Masubuchi on the machine of Taylor. Accordingly, we do not sustain the
examiner’s rejection of claim 11.
