DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal under 35 U.S.C. § 134(a) from the examiner's
final rejection of claims 1, 4, 5, 7, 8, 11, 12, 14, 15, 18, 19, and 21, all of the
elected claims pending in the application. Claims 2, 3, 6, 9, 10, 13, 16, 17, and 20
have been withdrawn.
We reverse.
