DECISION ON APPEAL
This is a decision on appeal from the examiner's final
rejection of claims 1 through 25, 27 through 30, and 32 through
39, all of the claims remaining in the application. Claims 26
and 31 have been cancelled.
Appellants’ invention relates to 1) an orthodontic appliance
(e.g., an orthodontic bracket) pre-coated with the first part of
