Appellants’ invention is directed to a liquid feed apparatus (micro pump) that includes a liquid feed chamber defined at least in part by a deformable diaphragm. The liquid feed chamber includes an inlet port and an outlet port, each being furnished with a valve and with the outlet port formed at a peripheral part of the feed chamber.
