CONCLUSION
The decision of the Examiner to reject claims 1-4 and 21 under 35 U.S.C.
§ 102(b) as anticipated by Landi is affirmed. The decision of the Examiner
to reject claims 7-9 under 35 U.S.C. § 102(b) as anticipated by Landi and to
reject claims 5, 6 and 10-16 under 35 U.S.C § 103(a) as unpatentable over
Landi is reversed.
