appellants.
CONCLUSION
The rejection of claims 26-28, 30, 31, and 38 under 35 U.S.C. ' 102 as being
anticipated by Upton is reversed. The rejection of claims 1-11, 13-25, 29, and 32-37
under 35 U.S.C. ' 103 as being unpatentable over Upton and Kura is affirmed with
respect to claims 13-23 but reversed with respect to claims 1-11, 24, 25, 29, and 32-37.
The examiner=s decision is thus affirmed-in-part.
