' 103(a) as being unpatentable over Talati and Speicher. Claim 9 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. ' 103(a) as being unpatentable over Talati and Herman. Claim 10 stands rejected under 35 U.S.C. ' 103(a) as being unpatentable over Talati and Thompson. Rather than reiterate the opposing arguments, reference is made to the briefs and answer for the respective positions of Appellants and the Examiner. OPINION With respect to the rejection of the claims under the second paragraph of 35 U.S.C.
