DECISION ON APPEAL This appeal involves claims to methods of coating substrates with a thermosetting composition containing isocyanate reactive material. The Examiner has rejected the claims as obvious. We have jurisdiction under 35 U.S.C. § 134. We affirm. Background The application relates to thermoset compositions which contain isocyanate crosslinkers which are based on melamine triisocyanate. Specification, ¶¶ 1 and 4. The crosslinkers are used as curing agents to produce polymeric films. Id., ¶¶ 16 and 25. They are particularly useful for automobiles and other industrial products as a clear coat applied over a pigmented basecoat. Id., ¶¶ 2, 21, and 26.
