Rejections At Issue Claims 10, 11 and 12 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 102(e) as being anticipated by McKee. Claims 13 and 14 stand rejected under 35 U.S.C. § 103 as being obvious over McKee in view of admitted prior art (Figures 2A and 2B of the instant application).
